Refund Policy

At Aakash Web Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and development services. However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• The client cancels the project before any work has commenced.

• A major issue arises during development that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

• The final deliverable does not meet the specifications outlined in the initial agreement.

Refund Procedure

• Clients must submit a written refund request with a clear explanation.

• Requests should be sent to contact@aakashwebtech.com.

• We will review and assess the eligibility of the refund request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Domain Registration & Hosting Fees (Once registered, these costs cannot be refunded).

• Third-Party Service Fees incurred during the project.

• Work Already Completed & Approved before the refund request.

Refund Deduction Slabs

• 75% Refund: If the project is in the initial design phase but not yet completed (excluding domain & hosting fees).

• 50% Refund: If significant progress has been made, but the project is not yet halfway completed (excluding domain & hosting fees).

• 25% Refund: If the project is more than halfway completed but not yet delivered (excluding domain & hosting fees).

• No Refund: If the project is completed, delivered, or substantial work has been done with provided deliverables.

Note: If the refundable amount is less than the domain and hosting costs, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their project by providing written notice.

• Cancellation fees will be determined based on project progress.

Dispute Resolution

• If a refund dispute arises, both parties agree to good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as per the agreement.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu and Kashmir.
