Refunds Policy

At Aakash Web Tech, we strive to provide high-quality web design and development services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines for refunds:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The client cancels the project before any work has commenced.
• A significant issue arises during the project development, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
• The final deliverable does not meet the specifications outlined in the initial agreement.

Refund Procedure

• Clients must submit a written refund request outlining the reasons for the request.
• Requests should be sent to us at contact@aakashwebtech.com.
• We will review the request and assess its eligibility for a refund.
• If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Domain registration fees.
• Third-party service fees incurred during the project.
• Any work completed and approved by the client before the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their project at any time by providing written notice to Aakash Web Tech.
• Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, cancellation fees may apply.
• Cancellation fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach a resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as outlined in the initial agreement and in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Refund Policy

• Aakash Web Tech reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.

Refund Deduction Slabs

• 75% Refund:

  • Conditions: Initial design phase has started but not yet completed.
    
    

• 50% Refund:

  • Conditions: Significant progress has been made, but the project is not yet halfway completed.
    
    

• 25% Refund:

  • Conditions: Project is more than halfway completed, but not yet delivered.
    
    

• No Refund:

  • Conditions: Project is completed and delivered, or substantial work has been done with deliverables provided.
